Neda Barrett is the senior human resources director in CLAS. In this role, she leads and supports the team in developing and advancing HR goals and strategies to positively influence organizational performance and culture. Prior to CLAS, Neda was a senior human resources director at the College of Law and before that served as administrative services administrator at the College of Dentistry and Director of Operations at the Obermann Center. Neda earned her Master’s Degree in International Business Studies and Economics from Vaxjo University (now Linneaus University) and professional certifications in Employment Law (Cornell University), SHRMP-CP, HCI Change Management, and more.
